About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager with an engineering background highly proficient in cross functional collaborations. As the principal product manager, you will take on a vital role in improving our “All-product feedback” channel quality by identifying and addressing internal issues through collaboration with the various product and engineering teams.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify mutual problems that are impacting internal feedback
Conduct in-depth analysis and gather insights to understand the root causes of these issues.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop and implement technical solutions effectively.
Lead and drive projects aimed at resolving mutual problems, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
Facilitate effective communication between product and engineering teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
Lead the enhancement of our internal feedback mechanism, working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize improvements.
Leverage your engineering background to understand technical challenges and provide valuable insights to the teams.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

 

What We Look For In You

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Engineering background and a deep understanding of technical concepts.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven experience (5+ years) as an Engineer or Technical Product Manager, with a successful track record in problem-solving and collaboration.

 

Nice to Haves

Customer Service Product Experience
Familiarity with feedback management systems and tools.
Product operations & strategy experience
Experience in related industry.
