Your job is great:

You will give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs. In essence, you will take good care of the customers;
You will manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process;
From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

 

Required profile:

Fluency, verbal and written, in French (minimum C1 or native level).
Independent level of English (minimum B2).
Prior Customer Service Experience – is mandatory (minimum 6 months).
High curiosity and interest about the cryptocurrency market.
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure.
Fast learner, diligent worker.
You are expected to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
