As Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) for the German market you will support clients from one of the greatest Cryptocurrency companies.

Your Job is great:

You will give customer support by handling customers’ questions and concerns about the product/service and therefore helping them with their needs. In essence, you will take good care of the customers.
You will manage all different types of inquiries generated online, via app, chat and email, in a non-voice process.
From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and nimble customer service experience and seek continuously for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience.

 

Your skills are amazing:

Fluency, verbal and written, in German (minimum C1 or native level)
Independent level of English (minimum B2)
Prior Customer Service Experience – is mandatory (minimum 6 months)
High curiosity and interest about the cryptocurrency market
Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
Skilled in multi-tasking & working under pressure
Fast learner, diligent worker
You are expected to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record)
