Bitkub Academy was founded on March 9, 2020. The company aims to establish itself as a one-stop resource for learning about digital assets and blockchain technology. The mission of Bitkub Academy is to prepare Thai investors for digital disruption by creating opportunities for them to independently gain new knowledge and understanding about blockchain technology and elevating Thai investors’ skill sets to the global level. Through the provision of both online and offline courses, the company also seeks to foster a proper understanding of effective ways to invest in digital assets to safeguard investors from harmful actors.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, course design, and educational partnerships with a passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Responsibilities

On daily basis tasks: You are expected to be responsible for the roles of business development, project management, and partner relations management
Build, manage and maintain long-term relationships with partners; facilitate and meet partners’ needs and expectations
Explore and connect with potential partners, coordinate, and develop presentations and other related documentation
Negotiate advantageous deals that benefit to Bitkub Academy, partnership, and project
Helping to expand reach to business partners; reach out and initiate contact with various potential partners, such as universities, special guests (influenced speakers), agencies, the media, and various other partners
Building and tending to communities through various channels and communication channels; proactively provide content/activities in the community to enhance engagement eg. Facebook group and pages, as well as hosting events, activities, learning sessions and exhibitions
Help explore and plan courses/ activities/ events, while also studying the market’s current interests

Qualifications

Able to seek, communicate, coordinate and maintain relationships between our current and potential partners
Great sense of ownership; willing to go the extra mile for the team to successfully achieve goals
Experience in the field of business development or building communities, such as extracurricular activities, experience in holding events, related community internship, and related business development background will be taken into special consideration
Great attention to detail and well organized
Great sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
Passionate or interested in Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Technology
Passionate in willing to share knowledge
Experience as a speaker/host/MC will be taken into special consideration
Able to communicate in English on an intermediate level
