About the role
By joining our team as a “Retention/Conversion Account Manager” you’ll help us to retain our core customer base and you will deal directly with our customers to find out what issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain their business.
🔧 Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining client portfolios
Communicating with clients daily – mainly via phone and emails
Introducing, presenting, and promoting the company’s products and services to new and existing clients
Retaining and reactivating clients and following up on any client matter
Guiding clients, assisting them in using the Company’s trading system
Keeping clients up to date with financial market conditions, major economic announcements, and current offers
Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
Evaluating and understanding customer needs and formulating the best possible solution
💡 Requirements
Proficiency in English, German, Spanish, Japanese, French, Korean OR Portuguese
Preferably experience in the Forex and Crypto trading
Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
High working ethics and willingness to learn and develop
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
