Senior Affiliate Manager (Crypto Product)

What would you be responsible for:

1. Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the affiliate network.
3. Build strong relationships with existing affiliates, providing ongoing support, communication, and performance analysis.
4. Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and finance to ensure alignment of affiliate initiatives with broader business goals.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in affiliate marketing.

What could you bring:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
2. Proven track record of success in managing affiliate programs, driving revenue growth, and optimizing performance.
3. Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
