Web3 Community Manager

About the job
We are seeking a Web3 Community Manager to join our client’s Singapore based team. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to foster growth and adoption of our client’s social media platform by establishing and overseeing business partnerships and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement a business development strategy to identify and nurture partnerships with prominent industry players, such as blockchain companies, decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, and other social finance platforms.
Lead outreach endeavors to engage potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations that will contribute to the expansion and adoption of our platform.
Devise and execute community engagement strategies aimed at acquiring new users, ensuring user retention, and enhancing user engagement on our platform.
Manage and expand our user community, investors, and other stakeholders, serving as a vocal advocate for our platform and its mission.
Establish and maintain relationships with influential figures and thought leaders in the industry, actively raising awareness of our platform and its unique value proposition.
Collaborate with our marketing team to create and execute campaigns and initiatives that promote our platform, as well as its products and services.
Monitor industry trends and advancements, providing insights and recommendations to the team on how to remain ahead of the curve and foster ongoing innovation.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated comprehension of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data and insights to guide decision-making.
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and operate autonomously.
Passion for social media and a deep belief in the potential of blockchain technology to establish a more equitable and decentralized system for social media users.
