The Fireblocks wallet unit is building up its B2B2C product capability and launching an End User Non Custodial Wallet. This product combines Fireblocks API and Mobile & Web SDK to enable our customers to offer white-labeled MPC wallets to their own end users.We are looking for a experienced technological team leader who is familiar with systems of high scale and throughput, open to constantly learn and solve diverse problems while empowering a very diverse team of professionals.The ideal candidate cares about delivering high-quality end-user experiences and can work closely with other teams to deliver best in class solutions to our clients.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a team-leader.
4+ years of experience in backend development
Experience with micro-service architecture – must
Experience working on a high-scale distributed systems – big advantage.
Experience with iOS/Android development – advantage.
Experience with cryptography – advantage.
A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, capable to independently explore, propose and implement well thought out solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
