We are looking for a Web Analyst who would like to work for a fast-growing and agile company in which you will have the opportunity to be part of an extremely high-performing affiliate business, operating market-leading niches (Crypto, Finance, Trading, Investing, iGaming) all over the world!

You will be part of the fast-growing Growth and Analytics team and get an opportunity to learn from some of the best people in the industry!

Core Tasks

Analyze our current tracking and containers, and provide recommendations for improvements (GTM and GA).
Responsible for generating, implementing and maintaining tracking code for proper measurement of paid media, SEM, social media (paid and organic), CRM, and website analytics.
Troubleshoot tracking-related issues, analytics reporting/delivery discrepancies and implementation.
Prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders, determine the level of effort and keep to milestones within the plans.
Abide by the specific policies and procedures of our needs, including client-specific GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA and others.
Work closely with Growth Lead to:
Understand the business goals of our stakeholders and their customers and translate that knowledge into an effective ad tracking, tagging and trafficking strategy.
Develop and implement processes and ensure we remain efficient.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor our websites.
Assist in the implementation and analysis of A/B testing.

 

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in web analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
BS/BA will be considered an asset, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media preferred; or equivalent experience
Experience setting up QA and maintenance of API integration between CRM platforms, Tag Manager environments, Site Analytics (Google Analytics), media engines (AdWords, Google 360, Facebook, etc.)
Porting data (leads, conversion, revenue) from platforms into media platforms (Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook).
Proficient in HTML, JavaScript, and IAS wrapper tags.
Strong knowledge of data visualisation and business intelligence tools (through Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau or similar).
Experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
Experience with Google BigQuery and SQL.
Ability to build automation into processes and procedures.
Exceptional organisational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

 

Nice To Have

Experience or interest in Trading, Personal Finance, Cryptocurrency, Health, and iGaming industries.
