Responsibilities
Build, maintain and expand our Partnerships strategy across APAC
Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & partner decision-makers
Identify new opportunities for the firm to expand its reach via partnership opportunities
Prioritize ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources to the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage lesser ones
Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience
2+ years at a centralized crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or prop trading firm
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Solid understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape
Demonstrate a partner-minded, entrepreneurial, and a team-oriented mindset
Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills
Experience handling third-party relationships and communicating key findings and proposals
Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiar with FalconX products and services, including our trading and prime brokerage services
Passion for the crypto space
