About you and the role:

Currently we are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join our game development studio, Twist Gaming. You will be involved in developing and conducting testing plans, creating risk mitigation strategies, and liaising with the team in suggesting process improvements. Alongside with testing, you will help guide other manual and automation testers who are situated in the Stake and Twist teams.

You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

This role will also have the opportunity to move into a Lead Tester position down the line.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain manual game test features and automated test plans and processes.
Work closely with engineers to communicate the data and UI changes needed for automation.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Collaborating across multiple disciplines within the team in driving the game to completion.
Actively write automation test scripts using Playwright/Cypress preferably in Javascript.
Work with all aspects of quality assurance, including functional, system Integration, regression & performance.
Own the integration of automated testing with CI/CD Pipeline, Test Management tool (TestRail) & Reporting Dashboards (JIRA).
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.

Requirements

5+ years in QA methodologies, tools and processes, knowledge about software testing life cycle, testing approaches, techniques, and levels.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in automated testing of web applications using JavaScript framework with Playwright/Cypress is a must
Regulated web Slot Game experience.
Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
Experience in mentoring junior – mid QA and Automation testers

It would be a bonus if you also had (desirable skills):

Qualification or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience with both white box and black box testing
Atlassian JIRA, TestRail, web app testing tools, Charles, Jenkins, Postman
Basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
Sports, Cryptocurrency or Gambling knowledge would be advantageous
