Your role will be instrumental in shaping game ideas, conceptualizing gameplay mechanics, and bringing our vision to life. This is a dynamic, day-to-day operations role primarily focused on our slot casino games on our revolutionary crypto casino website stake.com with the exciting prospect of expanding to other operators in the online gaming space in the near future. You will have an impressive portfolio of games you have produced and taken to market. The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 40 to 200+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 4 amazing office floors in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want. Including an in-house barista, pool and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, a help-yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and pub lunches.

Requirements

What you will do

Generate innovative game concepts and mathematical mechanics that resonate with our players’ preferences
They will guide the production and focus on execution from beginning to end. They should be able to understand the game and execute it based on the priority and functionality of the Math Mechanics of the game
They will participate in game concept idea creation, but a secondary role in the execution of production, acting as the creative drivers of the game concept in support of the maths of the game
Collaborate closely with our Head of Mathematics and Head of Art Design to transform ideas into compelling game prototypes
Take ownership of the game production process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines
Possess excellent market and product knowledge with a deep understanding of our products and player base to tailor game development accordingly
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the game development process and adopt Agile/Scrum methodologies

What You Will Bring

Proven experience in game production, preferably within the casino game industry or a similar domain, with experience working in FIAT-regulated markets
Slot game experience is a must, 3+ years with Game Producer Slot experience and a minimum of 1 year in the Online Slot space
Understanding current culture relevancy of the player demographics (Must be current)
An appreciation for mathematics and art and how they both influence game design
An impressive portfolio of slot games they have produced and taken to market with a large audience.
A passion for casino and slot games, coupled with a keen eye for innovative gameplay mechanics
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus, though not essential
Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
