Position Summary:
Coreum, a recognized pioneer in the Layer-1 blockchain sphere, is on the hunt for a proficient Developer Relations Manager. This integral position will be responsible for attracting and sustaining projects on the Coreum blockchain. We are seeking an individual who can comprehensively appreciate developers’ requirements at various stages in their blockchain journey, from novice development teams exploring Coreum to seasoned enterprise studios considering the most suitable blockchain for their development needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Assist partners with Coreum integration.
– Establish and sustain robust relationships with developers, actively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
– Represent Coreum at industry events and conferences.
– Engage deeply with the Coreum codebase, providing code reviews and recommendations.
– Act as the principal technical resource at developer workshops and hackathons, leveraging your Coreum expertise.
– Serve as the spokesperson for developers and teams, collecting feedback and relaying their requirements to the Coreum team. Use this feedback to guide and prioritize product development.
– Design and implement programs to engage developers through webinars and technical workshops.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to produce developer-oriented content such as blog posts, technical documentation, and case studies.
– Work with sales teams to identify strategic developer partners and enlarge our developer community.
To excel in this role, you will need to:
– Have experience with blockchain technology.
– Accurately assess partners’ project requirements in detail, and succinctly propose and explain potential technical solutions, including design and trade-off considerations.
– Thoroughly understand Coreum technology and provide reference implementations for potential integrations.
– Write understandable documentation, engaging tutorials, and videos to help developers grasp Coreum’s capabilities.
– Build robust relationships with technical leaders and engineers from projects across the Cosmos and wider crypto ecosystem.
– Be willing to travel to major industry hackathons and conferences several times a year.
Required Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in blockchain/smart contract engineering.
– At least 3 years of experience in developer relations or related fields, with a solid track record of establishing and managing successful developer programs.
– In-depth technical knowledge of blockchain development, including experience with smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and other blockchain development tools.
– Experience writing in CosmWasm.
– Strong technical knowledge of software development, with experience working with APIs, SDKs, and other developer tools.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building robust relationships with developers and teams.
– Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
