The Opportunity

CryptoTrader.Tax’s mission is to enable seamless tax reporting for all crypto investors—no matter how complex their transaction history.

To help achieve this, we are looking to add an ambitious Senior Recruiter to our growing team. As the first hire on our Recruitment team, you will be directly responsible for defining and building our recruitment processes from the ground up. You will leverage the processes and systems that you put in place to recruit a best-in-class organization.

What You’ll Do

Partner with the founders to execute on key hires for the business
Manage and drive the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to feedback and offer
Build a consistent pipeline of candidates through a variety of sourcing channels and programs
Leverage your prior experience to build out best-in-class recruitment processes and systems from the ground up

What You Need To Succeed

3+ years experience identifying, qualifying, and hiring exceptional engineering talent in the tech industry
Background managing and driving the full recruitment process from end-to-end
Experience implementing and refining successful recruiting processes
Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software

Nice To Have:

Experience working and/or recruiting in the cryptocurrency industry
