Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial and company records
Support the Senior Accountants with the preparation of monthly management accounts for various entities in Europe
Updating and maintaining fixed asset registers
Journal preparation including accruals and prepayments
Balance sheet and Intercompany reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Processing AR/AP and updating of ledgers
Preparation of VAT returns
Assist with the preparation of financial information and other documentation for audit
Other duties as assigned
Requirments
At least 3 years related working experience
Accounting qualification – or currently studying (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance / Accounting a plus but not essential
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment
Well organised, pro-active, high attention to detail
Ability to be self-directed and self-motivated but also be a strong and collaborative communicator
