In simple terms, transfer credit cards are the normal credit cards that allows you to transfer a balance from ne credit card to another card. There is typically a low introductory annual percentage rate (APR). A balance transfer fee maybe paid ranging 3%–5% of the amount transfered.
However, some credit card companies waive these fees.
