Join OKX’s dynamic creative studio as an Animator and create top-notch animated content for our rapidly growing cryptocurrency exchange platform. Reporting to the Brand Design Manager, your role is crucial in delivering compelling animations and motion graphics across various channels, including YouTube, social media, web, editorial content, education, branding, digital marketing, and events.
Responsibilities
Animated Content Delivery:
Produce high-quality animated content for OKX, maintaining brand consistency and creativity
Contribute to day-to-day creation and timely delivery of animation, 2D and 3D motion graphics, social media content, educational content, and digital advertising
Collaborate with the Design Manager and editorial content team to develop video content plan/calendar that aligns with the larger content strategy
Stay updated on industry trends and blockchain-related news
Creative Operations
Streamline production processes for efficiency
Maintain an Omni-channel approach within the marketing team (Content, Social Media, PR, Local Marketing, Product and Digital Media)
Help define animation style guides and asset requirements
Team And Relationship Management
Foster a positive and innovative team culture
Support team development and mentorship
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Manage third-party agencies and freelancers when necessary
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience of working within a creative team as an animator for a global business or creative agency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro, Final CutPro
Experience of the end-to-end animation creation and production process
2D and 3D animation expertise
Strong creative problem-solving skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Passion for branding, animation, and design
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Familiarity with task management tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, Trello, Google Docs etc.
Nice to haves: video editing, graphic design, social media, marketing background, copywriting experience
