About the Opportunity
Our vision is building a world class smart and scalable risk service that will prevent, detect, and respond to fraud which will improve business revenue, reduce user friction, and enhance user trust. As the leader of this, you will own and build OKX fraud risk systems and manage the roadmap to enable our legitimate customers to gain access to a wide array of crypto assets. The scope of this role includes developing risk models, risk strategies, and risk platforms, integrationing with fraud & risk vendors, enabling healthy business growth and enhancing customer risk experience. This role will work closely with risk policy, risk analytics, operations, development partners and compliance to help define fraud risk programs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive risk product/business of OKX to world-class, align risk product development with
business and risk strategy so that financial losses, customer experiene and business
growth are well balanced
Deeply understand typical and new risk scenarios and design risk strategies and models, implement together with the engineering team
Oversee the design, development and management of real-time systems to significantly increase automation rate and model iteration efficiency.
Define and monitor all levels of metrics to measure the success of the product and utilize data insights for risk product.
Plan, organize, and deliver new fraud risk products and features to the market. Support other global product launches and onging product adoption.
Understand financial and operational inefficencies related to fraud and optimize processes and systems to improve them.
Drive strategic alignment across other teams to ensure cohesive product functionality and value of proposition
Stay informed of the overall market landscape, fraud risk and compliance implications, and fraud industry best pracitices.
Build a strong risk product team, evaluate people and lead the team with great leadership.
What We Look For In You:
Product management experience in the fraud risk space with past exerience in AI and machine learning. Rich experience of team management.
Experience designing and building fraud and risk systems – implementing fraud risk best pratices with record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Enterpreneurial spirit – working in a fast paced enviorment, with competing resources and prioritites. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing.
High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs.
Data oriented – identifying, defining, tracking and acting up on impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic enviorment.
Nice to Haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and blockchain technology
Fluent in English and Mandarin

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $199,000 to $298,000.
The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
