Job Title: Customer Service Specialist in Korea

Role And Responsibilities

Receive user consultations and provide prompt responses through online customer service tools
Identify and report user issues and streamline problem-solving processes
Demonstrate proficiency in English and Chinese
Exhibit strong business sensitivity and ability to grasp basic business principles after training
Monitor user experience, identify obstacles, and gather user feedback for process optimization
Ability to work in shifts, including long night shifts (3 shifts per day)


Candidate Qualifications

Preference given to local candidates fluent in Chinese and English
Prior customer service experience or experience in a related industry desirable
Strong logical thinking skills to understand user needs
Passion for providing excellent customer experiences and delivering comprehensive solutions
Adapt communication methods and styles to different individuals
Effective self-management and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate good learning abilities and continuously improve performance
Familiarity with providing customer support via telephone, email, ticket, and online chat
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive work ethic and ability to handle pressure
