Your Purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced B2B sales person to work with in our Sales & Partnerships team in Brazil. You will be a growth genius and visionary who can “make crypto useful” by unleashing the power of crypto powered solutions to the world, preceding the seismic wave which will change the way money flows globally. With your foresight and excitement about the future of money and the evolution of society, you will power our B2B expansion in Brazil servicing both local and international clients. You will transform a ubiquitous, borderless and inclusive business model, into a reality.

You must be hungry for the opportunity to change money and the traditional financial industry and make crypto useful.

Head of Business Operations.

Who You Are

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.

Have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role for a bank or a financial institution offering financial products to corporate and/or institutional clients.
Have a enthusiasm for crypto, understanding recent global trends in crypto evolution and use cases for business clients.
Have personal and professional skills to develop and maintain long term relationship with institutional clients.
Have strong analytic capacity to understand and explain crypto based solutions.
Disciplined with the use of CRM.
Have an excellent track record in sales.
Experience successfully leading a Sales or Business Development team with outstanding growth is a big plus.
Have a strategic, results-oriented and disruptive mindset.
Think exponentially to design and implement scalable growth strategies – as a linear thinker you will not succeed in this role.
Have very strong data-based decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to provide clear direction while fostering a highly creative environment.
Passion to leverage technology in order to reach a wider set of customers and fulfill our promise of financial inclusion.
Hands-on approach and tactical mindset. You’ll be expected to do the initial outreach work yourself.
Be fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a big plus.
Be comfortable working in a fully remote rol.

 

What You Will Do

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction for Bitso’s B2B product offering in the Brazilian market.
Identify and build a pipeline of qualified partners, including by understanding engineering and product needs as well as our business direction and thinking on commercialization.
Build long-term relationships with customers and key partners, negotiating and securing new contracts and managing contracts with existing customers and partners.
Lead and manage new partner cycle, from initial conversations through ongoing collaboration.
Be the contact and lead for existing partner relationships and needs across the business.
Influence Bitso’s strategy through various market and customer insights
Drive the implementation of our partnerships efforts that meet business objectives:
Design and implement systems for creating compounding growth.
Design and iterate the sales funnel, and implement tools to efficiently manage the entire sales cycle.
Work with the sales team to set growth targets for the Institutional offering.
Leverage novel B2B sales/marketing techniques to catapult growth across all markets and channels.
Develop a deep understanding of our products. Work with the team to identify the quantitative and qualitative properties of our growth loops – optimize them towards creating a more efficient growth strategy.
Develop partnerships and channel strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets with an eye toward cost-efficient growth and improving LTV.
Optimize and expand our channel mix, improving conversion and leveling up our forecasting, tracking & reporting.
While having a cryptocurrency or blockchain professional background is not a prerequisite, this role does involve having the passion to quickly adopt our industry, become its best ambassador and bring cryptocurrencies to mass-markets.
