What is Bitcoin Cash?  

Bitcoin cash(BCH) is a cryptocurrency created in August 2017, from a 'fork' of Bitcoin. It shares many features/characteristics with Bitcoin. The cryptocurrency increased the size of blocks, allowing more transactions to be processed hence improved scalability.

BCH underwent another 'fork' in November 2018 and split into Bitcoin Cash ABC and Bitcoin Cash SV (Satoshi Vision).

Some proponents argue that Bitcoin Cash is the original version of Bitcoin created by Satoshi since it closely adheres to the original idea of creating a peer-to-peer electronic cash system.
